In general, we do not allow you to upload images to our web site if however you submit or send us images to upload to the website, you should avoid submitting images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

The information/data contained on a submitted contact form or other forms will, as with standard practice, only be stored for the period where it is in use or where we are legally bound to store it for a given period or where it has been agreed that we can keep the data.
