For when a child dies or is bereaved

following the Christmas break, TLC Voices are back in rehearsal and looking for new members. We are a community choir so anyone can join  and, don’t worry, you don’t have to audition. The only rule we have is that you can hold a tune (and you are 16 or over). If you want more information about the choir visit the choirs page on this site  or go straight to the choirs web site

You can also contact Tony Whitmore on 07813 536315 or on tony@thelauracentre.org.uk

TLC Voices is a community choir run by The Laura Centre. It is open to everyone 16 and over whether or not you have had any contact with the Centre. As we are a community choir there are no auditions. You simply turn up and sing and we will work out where you go (Soprano, Alto etc) Rehearsals are every Wednesday here at The Laura Centre from 6.30pm until 8.00pm.

The choir sings a whole range of music from choral through to pop and taking in musicals along the way. We perform at various events through the year and always at the At Home event and The Memorial Service both of which are hosted by the Laura Centre.

There is a small subscription of £3 per week (payable in full at the beginning of each term) which covers the cost of the pianist and sheet music.

If you interested please come along and try us out. There is no cost involved for your first rehearsal.

You can find out more about the choir by visiting www.tlcvoices.org

Tickets for the 2019 Sunrise Walk are now on sale. The event sold out last year so don’t delay in booking your place. This will actually be the last time this event will run so, after this year, there will not be another chance to take part. Further details can be found on the Sunrise Walk web site where you can also link through to the ticketing site.

To mark this final event in the Sunrise Walk series there will be a special performance from TLC Voices. This is a community choir that is linked to The Laura Centre.
